Our Client, a Greater Manchester Council is seeking an Adult's Social Worker to join their Community Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

Assessments, reviews, care-planning, duty and capacity assessment.To practice effectively, exercising high quality judgements in situations of increasing complexity, risk, uncertainty and challenge, acting with confidence and considerable autonomy whilst accessing and using support and advice.To support and assist the provision of high-quality adult social care for older people and adults within national and local policy guidelines by assessing and meeting the care needs of adult citizens in the district.To develop skills in evaluating the quality and impact (outcomes) of own practice and that of the team and service.Requirements of this role:

Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.Must have minimum of 3 years post qualifying social work experienceBenefits of working through Reed, include:
