Up to £26,000 FTE (pro-rata)

Hyde is looking to recruit an Administrator to join our Property Services Team, based in Chichester. This is a part-time role (21 hrs per week) with flexibility on how hours are split across the week.

As an Administrator, you will provide proactive and flexible administrative support across a range of property services, ensuring excellent customer service. You will handle customer enquiries relating to works orders and act as an escalation point for property repair issues.

Responsibilities

* Manage and respond to customer enquiries relating to property services.

* Act as escalation contact for customers experiencing property repair issues.

* Support with diary management and coordination across the team.

* Assist with damp and mould cases, ensuring proper follow-up.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for tracking and reporting.

* Work with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth resolution of repairs.

Skills and Experience

* Strong administration and organisational skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word – ideally intermediate level).

* Confident liaising between customers, customer services, and contractors.

* Proactive, quick learner who can use initiative and manage own workload.
