London Borough of Camden are looking to expand their current team with a dedicated Access and Response Social Worker looking for an opportunity to join a well–structured and organised team. This Access and Response Social Worker role will be for an initial 3–6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance.

Access and Response Social Worker Responsibilities include:

Carrying out reviews with people residing in the community and in nursing/residential settingsReassessmentsWorking within the FACs criteria and Personalisation agendaManaging a caseload of adults to be reviewed for careWorking Multi–disciplinary teamAttending meetings and liaising with other professionals

Experience preferred / Minimum Requirements

Post qualifying experience of working as an Access and Response Social Worker within the UK Social Care industry.SWE Registration1 year post qualifying experience within UK Social Care industryEnhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)Eligibility to work in the UKBenefits of working with Ackerman Pierce:
