Hi, I'm Odysseas, The Knee Coach — a sports scientist, former pro athlete, and expert in performance-based rehab for runners.

I’ve helped over 100 runners eliminate knee pain and return to pain-free running in just 12 weeks using science-backed, progressive coaching that focuses on strength, force absorption, and mobility.

But it doesn’t stop there — many of my clients also come to me wanting to lose weight, improve energy, and feel healthier overall. With personalised training and nutrition plans, I’ve helped women and men drop up to 12kg in 12 weeks while rebuilding their movement and confidence.
