Bought this set for myself not knowing someone else bought me the exact same ones as a present. I used this set for one week, then boxed them up and forgot to return them by the refund date. One of the spare small rubber insert is missing as can be seen from pictures. Replacement inserts can be sourced from Bose directly for free and headphones work perfectly regardless.

Other than the one missing spare rubber inserts this set is in perfect condition and comes with original box packaging and paperwork.
