This 1997 Harley Davidson Fat Boy is a distinctive custom example finished in red with 19223 miles on the clock

The bike has clearly had a lot of time and attention put into it over the years and has a very different look and specification from a standard Fat Boy

Power comes from a 1675cc RevTech V twin engine which has plenty of low down torque and the relaxed power delivery that suits this style of bike extremely well

It is also fitted with Vance and Hines straight pipes which give the large capacity V twin the deep sound you would expect from a custom Harley Davidson

One of the particularly nice details on this bike is the full steel rear fender rather than a fibreglass replacement It gives the rear of the bike a much more substantial feel and works well with the traditional heavyweight styling of the Fat Boy

Billet brake calipers have also been fitted which are another quality addition and complement the rest of the custom work nicely

The Fat Boy has always been a bike with plenty of road presence and this one takes that a step further with the 1675cc RevTech engine steel rear fender Vance and Hines straight pipes and the other custom detailing throughout
