The Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Women's Hair Stylist to join our growing team at Found.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and enjoys building genuine, long-term relationships with clients.

You should be confident in a range of services, including:

Precision cutting
Blow dries and styling
Colouring (highlights, balayage, root tints and full colour)
Toning and colour corrections
Hair treatments
Bridal or occasion styling (desirable but not essential)

We welcome stylists who specialise in cutting, colour, styling, or all-round hairdressing. Above all, we're looking for someone who is highly skilled, confident, and passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating an experience clients genuinely look forward to.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in a salon environment
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing (preferred)
A genuine passion for the hair industry
Excellent consultation, client care and communication skills
Confidence working independently while being a supportive team player
High standards of professionalism, hygiene and presentation
Strong attention to detail and consistency in your work
A positive, friendly and team-oriented mindset
