Health Mark Inversion Table – Good Condition
Bridlington, East Yorkshire

Description
Health Mark inversion table in good working order, perfect for back pain relief and improving posture.
It's been well-maintained with only minor signs of use, as expected from a used fitness item.
Folds away for easier storage when not in use, making it practical for home gyms.
Sturdy metal frame and comfortable padded backrest, ready for its new owner.
I have used it many times specifically to alleviate bouts of sciatica with good results. Unfortunately arthritic knees now makes it no longer an option for me
