Mark was prompt to reply and came over quickly to check what was the work required. Work has been done correctly and they fitted the flue in the flat roof without issues, fixed the leak I had at the corner of my house and installed a new gutter flow. 1 star less has they took with them the step ladder they borrowed from me. 2 stars less for blanking me while asking when they would bring it back.
