William, Barbara and Andy transformed our rear garden from being a mess with broken slabs into a lovely place, easy to maintain and very tidy. I would recommend them to anyone who requires any work done. Also very friendly people.Well done.

William came very quickly to offer a quote although pressured me into going ahead before I was able to get other quotes. He quoted me £1500 to sort both the back garden (excluding the grass) and the patio/driveway. I had asked for the patio/drive to be done at the end of march (not early/mid feb) but he went ahead and in total - with less than 2 days’ work, this came to £3750. I did not have this money and it was far more than the original £1500 quoted. I was expecting sofas to be delivered this month and have had to cancel them as I cannot afford to pay for them now (as felt I had to pay for the work done), but whilst it possibly was a good job, I am really unhappy with being charged more than double what I was quoted (which even then was expensive), it not being done when I had asked, and the fact I felt pressured into doing it when I had repeatedly said I didn’t want the patio and driveway done until the end of march. It also isn’t fair to be given a quote and then a day later being told it was done but that it costed so much more than the quote - even though he said he had measured it when ge gave me the quote. These were also apparently “reduced” prices because I was paying in cash and he had said it would be more expensive in March. Would definitely recommend and will not be using again.
