Can’t recommend The Lightening Elite group highly enough extremely quick response to my enquiry and came out the next day to give quotation The new roof was completed within a week of my go ahead and I’m absolutely delighted with the results. A very professional team

They are as their name lightening! scaffold up in a day roof in 2 days unfortunately they didn’t do as i asked to remove old insulation as it was too much trouble so all old cement from this 100 year old roof is still up there they just covered it with new insulation? which is not what i asked as its filthy & damp! So they cut corners!, all about speed & money! I paid cash didn’t pay for extra skip as they’d tried to charge as there was only one skip! Roof obviously looks better, Jason threatened to take Tiles off?, why i paid! Scaffold didn’t come down for another week!, tried to communicate to arrange to unlock gates & move my car!, instead they came several times then just walked in without Knocking? started to take all poles down!, refused to move their Lorry!, so i could back out! Jason was very disrespectful, as then told me to Fuck off! when i phoned the owner LEE HE WAS NO BETTER! seemed to back this behaviour! He commented that i was still in my dressing gown? & to get dressed? (i work lates ) I just wanted my £25k car out the way, He refused to move his Lorry & it was blocking the Road? Don’t use them they’re Rude beyond belief!,cut corners! Didn’t even get what i wanted… I don’t know if Roof is any good as i’m a 62 year old Woman! Don’t Use them! Not pleasant at all!

Compared to many others I tried to deal with this company were a breath of fresh air. They produced a quote in record time, agreed and stuck to start date and kept me fully informed as to what to expect from start to finish. My roof is now replaced as requested and they left the site clean and tidy. I would recommend them to others.
