I was told over the phone that I could get a free quote, when I said I didn’t want the work done there and then to look for other quotes I was told I had to pay a £40 call out charge. If you want to get a quote be aware that not using this company could be quite expensive! It was an unfortunate lack of communication but they definitely don’t offer free quotes
