utterly disgusted with this firm i engaged them to decorate 3 rooms in my small sheltered housing flat i was told 3-5 days work .i needed wallpaper removed all paintwork doing plus ceilings and repapered they quoted their price and we signed the agreement i paid £575 as a 50% deposit and was told work would begin on monday . 2 days and numerous phone calls they arrived on the wednesday at 11.30am istead of 9am , i let that pass allowing for traffic between wakefield and sheffield. they arrived with no paint brushes rollers or dust sheets seeing that i supplied allthe paint,wallpaper and paste i then had to supply equipment. on the friday they said that they would finish the sitting room and be back on the monday to do the rest. the office phoned and said they needed the remainder of the money by end of business that friday and foolishly i paid i have not any one since i am a 70 yr old disabled widow and have been left with blotchy ceilings unpapered walls and a complete mess DO NOT EMPLOY THIS FIRM this has taken over2 weeks so far
