Xotic XTC-1 RW 2022 6.6 lbs Sonic Blue

Description

Xotic XTC-1, bought new in May 2022 and in excellent, lightly-played condition. It has Xotic’s medium ageing for the body and hardware, which is some of the best ageing work available in my opinion.

It has a beautiful, un-aged flame-maple neck with a comfortable ‘C’ shape neck profile. It is very light at 6.6 lbs, which first attracted me to the guitar compared with previous Teles I’d owned. The Raw Vintage pickups have beautiful balanced tone and the volume and tone knobs add sensitive control to the sound.

The nut developed a small crack earlier this year so has been replaced with a new bone nut cut by a local luthier. He also did a full setup, so guitar is in great playing condition. Guitar comes with its original premium SKB hard case.
