Peavey classic 30 amp made in USA 1990s

foot switchable
with reverb
Great condition but currently in need of attention - hence price
Powers up but no sound
Could be easy fix for someone in the know
Currently the amp is not producing sound, it turns on but doesn't produce any sound with a guitar connected.
I assume there is a dead fuse internally but I'm no amp tech and it may need new valves or other work. Naturally this is reflected in the price.
If someone knows their way around amps they've got a bargain on their hands.
