Description
I was very well known for my years playing Joe Satriani and Steve Vai on stage. My Jem7VWH was sold earlier this year when I decided to get the latest Ibanez PIA.
Sadly I find it difficult to switch from the PIA to the Jem.
So, this guitar, I wanted an identical Jem7VWH but they were going for over £2000, so I bought a Jem Junior, The necks I found vary from guitar to guitar but I eventually found one at PMT Music in Leeds.
I then set about making it identical to my Jem.
It is fitted with a brand new set of Evolution pickups (£hundreds) I fitted a Floyd gold plated trem system and gold machine heads.
The guitar sound absolutely amazing (come and try it).
The only difference is the Jem had 4 scalloped frets at the top end.
It cost me about £1200 to convert this guitar but I now have to sell it, INCLUDING A PROFESSIONAL SET UP.
