1990s Encore SSC333 classical guitar. Well made with lovely woods. Made in Korea and imported and distributed by JHS ( John Hornby Skewes ).

I can't find too much info about this model, obviously Encore is usually a brand associated with the more affordable range of the market but in the 1990s they did make some more mid range guitars and just going off the detail and appearance this fits that level.

It's a very nice looking guitar, pre owned and in very good gondition with just a few minor indents, small marks and light scuffs on the back of the body, the odd light surface scratch and other signs of use but overall very great shape for a 20+ year old classical.

It features an ebonised fretboard and bridge with nice detailling, a double bound body and nicely grained back and sides.The tuneres are gold coloured with pearloid buttons, the G string peg is slightly bent but still operates fine.

The strings are recent at the time of listing, the action is good for a classical and it plays very nicely , middling for a classical player at approx 3.5 mm at the 12th fret.

A really lovely made classical with good tone and playability for the money.
