Collings OM1 Acoustic Guitar

Description

Hardly played.
Bought new in August 2024. Always kept in case and hardly played. Condition as new, guitar has not been played in and is still on original strings.
With close inspection a few small marks can be found, a couple of hair type scratches on the back (unable to photo) and a small shallow (about 2mm long) knock next to the pickguard (pictured).
Make a huge saving on the new retail price of this guitar.
The compact shape makes this Collings OM equally easy to handle onstage or when sitting on the couch, and the relatively shallow body – barely over 4 inches deep – results in a balanced tone and immediate response.
The OM1 features Honduran mahogany back and sides with tortoise body binding and ebony butt wedge, b/w/b/w top purfling, a walnut backstrip, dot fingerboard inlays, and a simpler 1-style rosette.
This standard series instrument has the classic Collings voice - shimmery highs, a punchy midrange, a tight and clean low end, and maximum headroom with a quick response. The neck profile is the Modified V with 1 11/16″ nut width and 2 3/16″ string spacing.
