The Guild S-100 really is a match for its Gibson SG counter part. Fashioned with a pair of HB-1 pickups, solid mahogany neck and body with a rosewood fretboard, and the iconic slightly off-shape design, the Guild S-100 reissue captures the company's '70s swagger and brings it up to speed with modern appointments and construction. Best known in modern music as the axe of choice for Soundgarden guitarist Kim Thayil, the S-100 range of tone and timeless looks will make it an easy fit in any genre.
