2008 Jay Jay French Epiphone Les Paul guitar - Rare

Iconic and rare Twisted Sister Epiphone. There are not many of these about, in fact I can’t find another online to buy in the UK.

This guitar has lived a life - it came to me pretty beat up and I’ve done the best I can to get it playable but I am no professional! Please study photos carefully - the front is not too bad but the back, sides and headstock have issues with scratches, dents, glue residue and more. Personally I think it adds to the appeal, but it’s not to everyone’s taste.

No pickguard

Please note the following are replacements and not original:

Two tuner buttons
Control knobs
Rhythm/treble switch plate
Pickup surrounds (I have originals)
Strap buttons
Electronics (except switch)
Various screws.

In terms of electronics:

CTS pots with coil-split for both neck and bridge
Epiphone HB6N (Neck)＆HOTHB8B (Bridge) open coil humbuckers
Mallory caps
Switchcraft jack socket
Original Epiphone 3-way selector switch

The guitar sounds great to my ears - if you would like to hear it, please ask.

Be aware of the cosmetic issues, and if possible try before you buy to ensure you’re happy.

According to Reverb, in good condition these have been priced at around £750 and new upwards of £1200.
