Epiphone ET-280 Bass Guitar.
Selling my early 1970s Epiphone ET-280 bass, made in Japan.
It’s in pretty good condition for its age, with a few dings and marks as you’d expect from a vintage instrument, but nothing that affects playability. It plays really well, with a nice low action, and is comfortable to get around on.
These early Japanese Epiphones have a lot of character and are becoming harder to find, especially ones that are set up nicely and genuinely playable rather than just decorative vintage pieces. This one has that cool 70s MIJ feel and would suit someone looking for something a bit unusual, with more personality than a standard modern bass.
Condition-wise, I’d describe it as good vintage condition.
