800w Mesa Boogie Subway D800 Bass Amp with Superlight Cabs

Reluctantly selling my epic Mesa Engineering bass stack, in excellent condition. Mesa is a great American company that brand their guitar kit as Mesa Boogie and their bass kit as Mesa Engineering.

This is a 800w stack consisting of a Subway D-800 Compact Bass Amp (Metal Head) on top of two 500w 2x10 Subway Diagonal Bass 8 ohm cabinets. The current full retail price for this stack is £3,997 (£1,199 for the amp plus 2x £1,399 for the cabs).

This amp is very powerful and provides warm tones, yet very portable at only 5.5 lbs, around 3 inches tall and 10 inches wide. The D800 delivers 800 Watts of RMS power, switchable into 4 or 2 ohms and includes the original Mesa gig bag with shoulder strap.

The cabs are superlight at 19.5kg (43lbs) each with two 10” Neodymium speakers and a HF horn. They are 19.25” (W) x 18.25 (D) x 21” (H) in size and each has the original Mesa soft cover.

Another 2 identical 500w 2x10 Subway Diagonal Bass 8 ohm cabinets are available if you’d like to own a very impressive 800w top with 4 cabs. The amp would need to be switched to 2 ohms to handle this load.
