Description
This fabulous group combines fun and friendship with the healing power of water. 3 times a week we will visit the seashore, a river, waterfall or other body of water to enjoy the amazing benefits of being close to water. No swimming required!! 😆 You only have to be able to walk short distances over possibly uneven ground to reach our destination. Max of 3 per trip or more if you have your own transport. For anyone who would like to feel better and make new friends. Starts 16th May. Contact Lucy for further details.
