Description
I’m part of a research team at Imperial College London running a study called LUCID, and we’re looking for people who regularly track wearable data. To take part, you must track your activity and sleep on a smartwatch/fitness tracker (for example, Whoop, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Oura).
You can receive £15 per session for taking part, which involves 3–4 short brain scans. We’re studying how lifestyle patterns (like sleep, stress and exercise) relate to brain performance and healthy ageing.
