Description
Are you a female aged 40 - 55 years and think you may be in perimenopause? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to contribute to menopause research whilst receiving detailed insight into your health!
We are now recruiting for a 12-week exercise and nutrition intervention to explore the effects of Resistance Training and a newly developed plant-based supplement on menopausal symptoms, muscular health, cognitive function and body composition.
What you will receive:
• A 12-week supplement plan and/or a 12-week structured exercise program, according to study group allocation.
• Free body composition analysis (worth £250!)
• £100 reimbursement on completion of the study.
