Hi, I’m a 38-year-old male looking for a gym buddy in the Elephant & Castle area.
I’ve been going to the gym for about a year and think training with someone would make it more motivating and enjoyable. Ideally, I’d like to find a female gym buddy so we can encourage each other, stay consistent, and make workouts more fun.
No matter how familiar you are with the gym or what your current fitness level is, everyone is welcome. The main thing is having a positive attitude and motivating each other.
