Description
Hallo!
Want to pass an exam, handle German bureaucracy, relocate, or simply order a beer like a local?
Maybe you are dreaming of visiting the Alps, want to read Goethe in the original, or finally watch "All Quiet on the Western Front" without subtitles? Then you are in the right place.
I am Svenja, a native German speaker offering German lessons for all levels (beginner to advanced).
I grew up and studied in Germany, and I am half-German, half-Chinese, now living and working in the UK. As a native German speaker from a family of teachers, and with a strong personal interest in languages, I understand what really helps and motivates when learning a new language.
What I offer:
- First 30-minute session FREE (level assessment + tailored learning plan)
- Personalised lessons based on your goals (travel, exams, work, relocation, etc.)
- Strong focus on speaking and real conversation (often the hardest part... Deutsche Sprache, schwere Sprache!)
- Carefully prepared lessons + homework to keep you progressing between sessions
Support with:
- Speaking, listening, writing and grammar
- Structured progression + homework
- German culture, films, music, literature and everyday life
- CVs, job applications & moving to Germany
- Building confidence in real-life situations
