He took the time to explain what would work best for my studded wall and even provided us with the correct bracket after we realised we had bought the wrong one. Earlier, I had another guy come out who already knew the type of wall, TV, and bracket I had. However, there was a misunderstanding on his part regarding the VESA compatibility, and he told me it wouldn’t work and still charged a call-out fee, which was frustrating. Thankfully, I then found Ruhel, who reassured me from the start that if for any reason he couldn’t mount the TV, he wouldn’t charge a call-out fee. He was confident, honest, and knew exactly what he was doing — and he got the job done without any issues.
