Painting and Decorating – It’s common that when a tenant leaves a property they have been in for a while that it needs a lick of paint and a general freshen up. Whether you have a City Centre Apartment of a Terrace Property we can provide a Free quote to paint out the property for you, ready for you next tenant. Presenting your property to a good standard can not only help you achieve the best rental property but also help with the speed at which the property lets and the quality of tenant you attract.
Windows and Glazing – we can replace complete windows to upgrade your properties or just replace misted or broken glazed units. We also provide a
boarding up service if a piece of glass has been broken.
Rubbish Removal – we basically can move anything for you, if a tenant has left a property or a garden full of rubbish, we will attend and clear the area for you so that the rubbish does get added to.
Joinery – joinery works such as internal doors sticking can be annoying got tenants but simple to fix. We cover all minor joinery items including replacing worktops and kitchen cupboard doors.
Locksmiths – Jammed locks, mechanisms, lost keys! We operate a fast service to get you in. If you just want to change locks such as mortice or yale that's no problem.
Plastering – replacing damaged or defect plaster, reskimming and plaster-boarding. We regularly plaster patch ceilings after leaks in the properties.
Roofing – there is nothing worse than a leaking roof, whether its a slipped slate or ridge tile, complete reroof or a replacement gutter we have it all covered.
Drainage – Blocked drains happen for a number of reasons, the result is that a block and overflowing drain can be a health hazard for tenants and neighbours. We have clear blocked drains and also provide a drainage camera service.


Electrical – We can resolve minor electrical problems like plug sockets, light switches and faulty connections as well as complete rewires. Whatever the issue we can take care of it for you.
