Richard has refitted a bathroom, a shower room, rebuilt an alcove in my kitchen and decorated for us, over 3 separate work episodes over the last 6 months. Richard is a skilled builder who works very hard to overcome unforeseen difficulties to provide a great finished product. He is very easy to have in the house, very tidy and thoughtful and reliable. He is very willing to help choose fixtures and fittings and to give advice. He is, in my opinion, 100% trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend and to use him again. ‘ We have used Richard a couple of times before and have always been impressed by his outstanding standard of work and attention to detail, and customer care and attention. No job is too big or too small. Consequently he has become our trusted advisor for building, fitting and plumbing work. As a result we invited him back to fit some new cabinets and bath in the family bathroom, and complete some work in the en-suite bathroom. He finished the work on time and on budget, and once again we are absolutely delighted. His professionalism, work ethic, and ability to handle with no fuss or hassle unexpected issues when they occur is awesome ! We have no hesitation in highly recommending him. Bob and Marie Bartlett.
