Garden summer house , only made 2 years ago so all timber in great condition no rot etc .
Could be used as shed / workshop?
Can dismantle , buyer to take away you’ll need large van or trailer
Roof sheets will more than likely need replacing as I don’t think they’ll come off without damaging? ( they are easy to replace and around £20 a sheet you could replace with clear polyurethane sheets for more light ) see pictures for sizes 2metres high - 1.7 metres wide - 2.4 metres long ,
Has solid wooden floor and good quality Astro Turf . Doors are 6mm Perspex so they are child friendly!
This is a really well built summer house and the timber is all pressure treated and good quality ( the green on it is only superficial and will wash off easily)
