Table and chairs and tripod lamp

Argos table and chairs, brand new cost £45 want £15 brand new unused, and tripod floor lamp, retro with adjustable legs and multiple different settings for lamp head and height required, cost £150 and asking £25 for as new, but take the two items for once in lifetime bargain price of £30, both as new just that I'm moving and ive gotta get rid of all b4 19th and it's panic station now as got loads left and council will be charging me for furniture I can't move,so reason for crazy cheap prices,table chair set is ideal for kitchen and the lamp goes anywhere it's got loads if different sizes ect it can be used in,perfect working order, as said just got nowhere for as moving to a smaller property and someone else can enjoy and benefit from these items, so recap 15 and 25 or crazy bargain price £30 both u would be mad to miss out on a once in lifetime bargain, so im waiting for reply, thank you
