Compound is in a very private, tucked away, residential area of Littlehampton, BN17.

The compound is surrounded & overlooked on all sides by privately owned homes, all of which adds to the security of the garages within the compound. Compound is securely gated & so entry is restricted to garage tenants only.

Rent is £95 per calendar month. Deposit equivalent to 2 month's rent (£190) required. This is refundable at end of tenancy, providing garage is left clean & empty, key returned etc.

Rent must be paid on the 1st of every month, in advance, by direct debit only.

Tenants must be able to provide proof of identity & proof of address to secure a tenancy agreement. We ask for a tenancy agreement to be agreed & signed before keys are handed over.

One month's notice required on either side to terminate tenancy.

Garage compound is Bell Davies Road BN17 6DU, a short distance from the B2187 & A259.

No electricity or water on site.

The owner of garages does not reside locally & will have to travel some distance to arrange internal viewings with prospective tenants on any one day & by prior arrangement. If interested in renting, in the first instance we would ask that you visit the location to ascertain that access, area etc. is suitable for you. Please also ask for our tenancy agreement, so that you can peruse it at your leisure, in order to make sure you are happy with our terms.
