Garage is on a secure gated site with 24-hour access.
The monthly garage rent is £60.00 per calendar month. A £200.00 refundable deposit is required at the start of tenancy.
A Signed tenancy agreement is required to secure the garage with a minimum term of six months. One full month’s notice to the landlord in writing to end the tenancy.
Monthly rent must be paid monthly by standing order on the first day of any given month.
Dimensions do vary however most of our garages are appx 8ft wide x 16ft long.
Garages can be used for the storage of cars/bikes. Storage of household goods is at the choice of the tenant and items must be stored correctly to prevent any damage that could occur. There is no electricity or water in the garage or on the garage site.
Internal viewings are not available due to sites being available nationwide. We do recommend you carry out your own external inspection of the garage/site to check it is suitable for your requirements before entering a tenancy agreement.
