I live in Hampshire and rented out my garage in Colinwood Close, Great Wyrley until some unreliable tenants vacated without sending me images that the garage was properly emptied and tidy. I haven't had the time to do the long drive to check if it has been emptied and secured properly. I'm offering the garage at half price rent (£42.50) for five months to an honest and reliable tenant who can make sure it is empty and send me photos. Must be willing to speak over the phone, not just via messaging.
