Rental is £85 per month plus 2 months' rent (£170) as a deposit which will be returned when the garage is no longer needed and only if the terms of the licence have been kept to.
Minimal rental period is 4 months.

Unfortunately I don’t offer internal viewings of the garages. If you want to rent the garage please visit the site to ensure that you are happy with the site access and location. If you like it, tell me and you can come to my home in N89LA and pay in cash, the deposit and rent for the rest of the month and I will give you the key. Then you go to the garage and unlock it. If when you open the door you don't like the garage you have 24 hours to bring me the key back and I will return your cash.
