I have a space suitable for a car from £95/month from 31/1/2026.
I also have a parking space for a motorbike lettable from £85 per month from now...
It is near a post the bike can be chained to.
Opposite Kwikfit, near Eccleshall Road, Collegiate Crescent.
Space available is covered and reasonably secure
I can let two spaces, one in front and one behind - or restricted access only.
Most are covered, but I have a couple of uncovered ones which are available for slightly less.
CCTV is in place, it is well lit. This is linked to a monitored remote alarm at night.
I also am able to sell spaces from £25000 / space.
