Doran Design and Build

Description

We carry out bespoke re-modelling, extension & refurbishment of period & contemporary properties. From design to completion, we create aesthetically beautiful, yet practical spaces to suit the individual. Sometimes clients may have drawings, in which case we can act simply as builder. Equally, clients may simply require our design and planning expertise, whilst handing over the construction to their preferred builder.

Design and Architecture:

- Architectural design for individual houses, extensions, complete re-modelling and restorations
- Planning applications and listed building applications
- 2D and 3D CAD drawings and visualisations
- 30 years of experience working in the Cotswolds
- Space planning specialists
- Innovative steel and oak frame structures

Construction:

- Construction of individual houses, extensions and re-modelling
- All elements of the construction process: retaining walls, stonework, roofing, kitchens and bathrooms

Our unique combination of architecture and construction has benefited clients throughout the Cotswolds for over 30 years. We specialise in creating a natural flow to living spaces, suited to specific lifestyle and needs. Our success means we have attracted nominations for restoration awards, as well as coverage in Period Living and Individual Homes magazine.
