Patchwork is a two-player tile-placement strategy game where players compete to build the highest-scoring quilt on their personal 9x9 game board. Players use buttons as currency to buy tetris-like polyomino tiles, which they then place on their board to cover as much space as possible. Each turn involves strategic choices on which tile to acquire, considering both its button cost and the time it takes to place, and players move on a separate time track to earn income and trigger bonus events.
