About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly people to join our fundraising team and help raise money for our community charity, Our Forgotten Neighbours.

You will be representing the charity at approved fundraising locations, speaking to members of the public and encouraging donations to support our community outreach work.

Responsibilities

Carry out charity fundraising at approved locations
Approach members of the public in a friendly and respectful manner
Explain what the charity does and how donations help
Encourage people to support the fundraising campaign
Represent the charity professionally at all times
Work as part of a friendly fundraising team
What We're Looking For
Friendly and confident personality
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable speaking to members of the public
Fundraising or sales experience is useful but not essential
Positive attitude and willingness to work
