Description
Large Le Creuset Toughened 28cm frying pan + helper handle. Dimensions:- 3.2 litre capacity, overall length 54cm, 10.5cm high, 30cm wide. Suitable for all heat sources, especially induction hobs (but NOT microwave ovens). Mirror-polished stainless steel exterior and handles recently cleaned with stainless steel polish. Interior sides non-stick coating intact but non-stick coating removed from cooking surface - does not affect cooking at all, in fact improves pan's ability to sear properly. Photos show expected wear, scuffs and scratches consistent with use. Easy-pour lip. Both handles tightly riveted, sturdy, beautifully balanced and comfortable to hold, making it easy to manoeuvre when loaded. Any 28cm Le Creuset steel or glass lid will fit, turning it into a braising / poaching / steaming pan. Due to Le Creuset's fabled build quality this pan will last for decades yet of everyday use.
