The doors are in good used condition and working order. The panels fold correctly and the hinges, running mechanism, handle and lock are all working well.

Known maintenance item: the rubber seal/gasket along the bottom of the everyday access door has deteriorated and catches slightly when opening. It will therefore need replacing. There are no other known operational issues.

One panel has a fitted cat flap. The original uncut glazed pane/unit is also included, allowing a glazier to return it to full glazing if preferred.

The photographs show the doors installed and operating currently. They are being carefully removed by our builder this week and will be stored ready for collection.

Collection must be completed by Friday 29 August. The doors and glazed panels are large and heavy, so the buyer will need a suitable van, protective materials and help.
