• Collection: Goods released within 2–5 working days after payment
• Condition: Refurbished/graded stock may show signs of previous use consistent with its grade
• Warranty: 100-day replacement warranty (unless a no-warranty price is agreed)
• Replacement shipping: Covered by us for Italy; buyer covers international shipping
