Perfect for a project or to use during a house build, has been used during a house build until recently. Needs work - cosmetic damage throughout.
Kitchen ceiling vent and shower ceiling vent need replaced - both missing covers. Bathroom floor probably needs replacing. Unsure if water heater works. Single glazed windows. Only 1 of the 4 legs is in working condition so will need propped up elsewhere underneath. Some exterior cosmetic damage.
