The Opportunity
I'm seeking to work directly with landowners and landlords holding vacant or underused sites with an existing use, or planning permission, for Class E (formerly B1), B2 or B8 — including open storage land, yards, and older or part-vacant warehouse buildings across East Anglia in the first instance, and nationwide thereafter.

What I'm Proposing
● Design & build: a bespoke warehouse or industrial unit constructed to your requirement or a pre-let occupier's brief, funded and delivered by me as principal — no speculative risk to you.
● Lease with option to purchase: a structured agreement combining secure rental income during the lease term with a pre-agreed option for me to acquire the freehold at a set point and price.
● Flexible terms: structured around your objectives — ongoing income now, a capital receipt later, or a combination of both.
