HP envy 6020e printer **not working**

Description
Bought in May 2024 and barely used but it isn't working as seem to be stuck doing a software update that we can't seem to fix ourselves and as it only cost £70 new, it's not worth paying the repair.
Therefore - this is free to a good home to someone who is able to fix it themselves which we believe might be possible with the right knowledge.
