Description
Ford Galaxy Ghia coming up on 209000 miles, only used once a week for fishing trips
MOT until 09/02/2026
starts first go in the morning (and afternoon)
stops fine ( I have all the pads replaced 7000 miles ago)
was serviced at 200000 miles
I replaced the tyres in February so good for another year
it is a 2 owner car, I purchased it in January at 199750 miles
averages around 46mpg I just did a return trip to Doncaster and back (260 miles) and returned just under 60mpg
this is a 16year old car, it has a few scuffs and scratches but nothing serious
the rear bumper plastic has been removed at some time (last MOT? and not fitted properly so the ends protrude slightly)
towbar fitted
the car has a couple of 16 year old niggles:
mileage trip is inaccurate records 30% over ie 60mpg instead of 45mpg
the door mirrors sometimes don't fold in
the drivers door window winder stutters a bit, i think the switch is dirty as after a couple of goes it works fine
this is not a 'show car' if you want a functional 7 seater with loads of head and leg room or an absolute shed load of storage space it may be for you
