2010 Ford Focus Zetec 1.6 Manual in grey, with 135,763 miles.

This was my brother’s first car after passing his driving test and has been a great, reliable car for him. It has only been replaced because he has recently bought a newer car, so unfortunately, the Focus has been sitting for the last few months.

Work carried out during his ownership:

- New front brake calipers
- New clutch and flywheel
- Instrument cluster/clocks removed and professionally resoldered by a specialist company in England – a common fault on these

Overall, the car has never given him any major issues. Anything it has needed during his ownership has been done.

The car has been sitting for a while, but it starts at the first turn of the key with a jump starter.

Please note: The car currently has NO MOT. The front brake pads need replacing, and the replacement pads have already been purchased and will be included with the car. We simply don't have the time to carry out the work required to get it through an MOT.

As expected with a 16-year-old car, it does have some age-related marks and blemishes. It would also benefit from a thorough deep clean after sitting for a few months, but underneath that, when cleaned up, it is still a nice, presentable car.

Ideal for someone looking for a cheap project/runaround or someone who is able to carry out the relatively straightforward work required for an MOT.
