Description
1989 Ford Fiesta XR2 in Tasman Blue. Originally registered at Polar Ford Barnsley. We have the original book pack, 7 stamps in the service book up to 76K miles. We have lots of receipts and every old MOT that its had backing up the mileage . Its a very good example thats have some upgrades and is ready to go.\n\nBody - Original XR2 shell. Very solid Had some repairs in 2010 underneath but all looks good and still perfectly solid. Paint is nice and presentable. There are a few odd marks and a couple of minor dings that the local paintless dent removal guy would sort. Paint chip on osr rear quarter. Bodykit and bumpers are all good. Overall a very good looking car for its age in a rare colour.\n\nMechanics - Engine has a fast road cam and twin 40 webers fitted which have recently been set up. It starts and runs well and ticks over fine. It also has a rear disc conversion on it and Gaz shocks. The car drives well for its age and feels nice and tight.\n\nInterior - Front seats are Recaros which have been recovered in the proper XR2 material, these look great and are probably what Ford should have done. The rest of the interior is standard and in very good order.\n\nWheels - Original alloys in good order with good Toyo Proxy tyres.\n\nThis is a lovely little car which is good to go. Its not a concours show winner but a very tidy useable example. Please feel free to come and see the car. We have a ramp so you can look underneath. Delivery can be arranged if required.
