Simona has 12 years in senior hospitality management and has worked as lead florist across some of London's most demanding venues — including the V&A, Natural History Museum, Four Seasons Tower Bridge, Merchant Taylors' Hall, and Somerset House, Hedsor House and Syon Park among others.
